Dr  Olga 's desire to remove all of the obstacles preventing patients from receiving the best possible health care, led her to become a Direct Primary Care Physician.

Not being bound to any insurance or government limitations allows her to spend more quality time with her patients, as frequently as needed,  be a better diagnostician and provide significant discounts for medications and labs at affordable prices, no more deductibles and copays

Dr. Olga provides traditional and alternative primary health care services in Orlando, she also places high regards for healthy lifestyle modifications, beauty and wellness. She takes whole body approach to treat systemic disorders.

As part of her training Dr. Aleksandrova participated in research at the Leukemia Research Laboratory at the Institute for Cancer Genetics at Columbia University and New York University School of Medicine Pathology department.

​

She has participated in humanitarian efforts, including setting up and directing the makeshift medical intensive care unit at the American University of the Caribbean during Hurricane Irma on the island of St. Maarten. Over 150 individuals were treated over a six day span. She has since, provided grand rounds on Disaster Medicine.

In New York City, Dr. Aleksandrova has served the community as an internist through private practice, local hospitals and multiple nursing homes.

Dr. Aleksandrova finished her Internal Medicine training at Staten Island University Hospital affiliate Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell .
